Before warrens old cavalier turbo was killed he bought a nice big intercooler off Ebay, a BIG intercooler. The money was handed over, the intercooler had a plane ride from the US and arrived shortly after. Due to the sheer size of the thing it was decided to not butcher the old cavalier but to wait until the new one was road worthy, so the day arrived and we went to see Lee@Fusion Fabrications to have it all fitted.

Some silicone hose was purchased and trial fitted
Custom pipework made up with mitre bends

Meanwhile a new top hat was constructed
Intercooler and Pipework Complete
Unfortunately we cut away so much of the outer skin of the bumper that it kept falling off as one of the clips was snapped so that's staying off for the moment. The nearly finished article looks abit hardcore to say the least lmao

Surely you could get a smaller intercooler thats up to the job and will still let you mount the front bumper properly!
