Hey, Ive just sprayed my replacement black mirror to arden blue like the rest of my car and other mirror, and It doesnt seem to have the same shine as the rest of the car.

Ive applied 2 or 3 coats of Clear Lacquer, but its still not as shiney.

Any ideas as to what can bring out the shine a bit more?

did you sand before laquering?

try polishon the bugger

try heating the laquer before applying it aswell

No, tbh I darent sand before lacquer, I thought it might fcuk up the paint

Ill try heating the can abit, but Ive given the whole car a good Tcutting and polishing, and it doesnt look too bad.
