I'd buy a car with twice that as long as the service history and stack of receipts is all good

Vegas phil..so a car thats ten years old, with 100k,theoreticaly has covered 10k miles per year which actually is quite low usage.

other things wear on a car, not just engine, could look after engine really well, but some else could give up

-gearbox
-steering components
-suspension
-the horn may break

Toyota engines are very good & solid so long as they have been looked after........service history and receipts for parts & services are a must!!
