pulled apart spare ca18det engine yesterday and cyl no.2 at top piston travel gap seems to be more then any of the other cyl's so i imagine if i use this block it'll need to be bored and oversized rings used if i don't go for uprated pistons, how much roughly do you lot pay to get your cyl rebored?

I once payed £40 but the genral rebore charges range from 80-120 depending where you go. If you rebore you will need oversized pistons

was that including honing? and it depends on the actual amount of how much was rebored, you can buy oversized pistons which work just as well.
