sorry dont know technical name, but the hydraulic things that hold the damn boot up. Anyone ever had them fail? How hard are they to replace and any idea how much they cost as it looks like both have failed on this one.

i just thought the boot felt slightly heavy, pushed it up, let go and the fucker came straight back down again. Might as well change both as im not sure what one has given up.

even on astra they tend to go. dad had to change both! under warrenty still but! so free!
