well its piss easy on a 3 door, a 5 door might be different but here ya go anyway.
You may need torx bits or allen keys depending on the age of the car as newer ones had torx heads (best to get ones that go into a holder then fit onto a t-bar or rachet since u will need some decent leverage!)
Take off the part of the sill round the back of the seat (3 door remember!) you will need a torx t25 for this.
Then wrench the seat right forward on the sliders to reveal one bolt set in the rail (the inner rail), another one is down on the floor (nearest to the sill).
Undo both of these, being careful not to chew the head or your a bit screwed! They WILL be tight and probably rusted in too.
Then tilt the seat forward, and slide it forward and it should unhook.
