i'll get pictures of mine when its done, but i'll prbs not machine it to eaxct shape, coz i'm no were near the car so cant get sizes, and in a rush to get it sorted.

Make sure the lower part sits perfectly with the top of the throttle body - you don't want air leaks!

Get a gasket from Vauxhall and use that as a template...

i was just going to ask you is that a standard gasket or not.

will get one sorted

it should sit perfect beacuse the bottomw is totally flat as it hasnt been machined.
