On my xe the mount for the equal lenght shafts from when it was in the cav wont come off because of a rounded bolt.
So will the other os/ half of the shaft that goes into the hub fit fine? And what cv joints should i use?
Also what about the n/s shaft ive heard different things about using these?
If i could get the shaft mount off the block id just use m-tech shafts but it wont budge!!

drill the head off the rounded bolt and remove the split shaft.

If you are using equal lentgh driveshafts then you need to leave the driveshaft mount on the block with the driveshaft coemplete with the CV... You can use both the driveshafts fine, but you may find you wear hubs out quickly.
Any big block outer CV will be fine with M-Tec hubs.

use the cav split o/s shaft and cv's with the mtech hubs, and the mtech n/s shaft.

no, it says from £145, so that'll be the price for a single short shaft at a guess

So the long shaft is not too long on the equal length kit? May have to look into that if the torque steer makes things a bit dangerous
