... stupid idea, but suppose we are stuck with them !!... whats the best stuff for sticking them down permanently? the bolts are useless, and ive tried tigerseal, and you would need to stand there for 500 weeks before it stuck anything!! anyone used anything better? would stickerflex do the job?? also just fitted a kit, and bumpers wont stay on the arch bolt neither.. any ideas for those?? thanks alot no silly replies plz. gettin tired of them

put arches on with tiger seal and mask them in place.leave the car over night and et it dry.

it deffo strong enough ? well... come to think of it... i got sum on my hands... continued to get dirty messin wit car, n now ive got permanantly dirty hands covered in oil and tigerseal lmao, the tigerseal has stuck the dirt to my hand lmao ! wont come off for fuck all !! haha

G-clamp the arch on when you bond it and it'll dry right.

Depends on the condition of the panels below and the bumpers themselves. Bonding is not the solution to every bodywork problem but it certainly helps in a lot of them. Are the bolted mounts in good condition?

I work at a vauxhall garage and when the bolts start to turn on the mounts we heat them up with a blow gun and using some pliers grip the plastic around the bolt and let it cool! does the trick!

lol did 100 in it today, no flying bumpers, so not to worry lol. the bolts are just coming lose from the arch cover where they are supposed to clip in, and just on one side the fron bumper drops off the bolt so theres like a 2 cm gap. nothing serious but up close its just annoying - need it sorted asap. ill take you in it sometime langey, it is quick, although gettin used to it now lol, like u wud have been used to yours before the work started
