hey guys. i tell u my problem. i bought a cavalier sri rear beam to convert me axle over its from a 2.0 8v. so i cut plates off it and cut the plates off the corsa axle. positioned them centrally so the hole in the corsa axle in central inside the hole in the cav plates welded it up. now the bolts wont fit thru each side. i got the hold of some nova bolts (allen key ones) and used them coz they r smaller in diameter but they r still fouling. cant ream the holes out either side as it will cure one side and ruin the other. the only solution i can think of is to cut the top side parts off the corsa axle so the bolts can go in and have freedom to fit nice etc but dont wanna do this as its a bit rought butchering up the axle nemore and have never heard of neone else with this problem. has neone else encountered this and did they do wot i think im gonna have to do or how did them cure the problem?? many thanks in advance.
