I have looked at othe posts on here, and most say to coonect the green wire from the tacho to a green wire on the ECU behind the drivers kick panel.
I was just wondering, has anyone got a photo of this section of the ECU, so I can see what I'm doing? And what is the quickest way of getting the kick panel off, cos I think the bonnet release handle is in the way?
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks guys and gals

Green wire should be on the loom behind the clocks on the big multiplug.
Otherwise run a wire to the - terminal on the coil.

There is a green wire down behind the kick panel... would have been a bit easier than running one all the way under the bonnet but least you got it working!
If you did decide to neaten it up tho then take off the kick panel (unscrew it then slide it down a bit, otherwise the bonnet handle will jus flex outta the way) and there will be a square plug right at the front. 9 wires going in from the ECU (one of these is the green one you need) and on the other side of the plug there is 8... which go up behind the dash. In the 1.2 8v SPi models this is where the loom differs from the 1.4 8v SPi... the green wire isnt carried on! This is the intended signal wire which runs a rev counter....and then you wont have cables trailing around your engine bay.
Either way least it works

I already have an amp power lead through the bulkhead, right next to the battery, and the coil is also next to the battery. All I had to do was thread the cable through the same grommet as the power cable and under the battery and then splice it in to the coil wiring, only bout a 15 minute job under the bonnet!

On most Corsa's there is still a green wire to use even if you have no rev counter on your clocks.
