Arches are very good, with rust bubbling on the rear lip but not to any worrying extent. A case of sand or grind the rust back to fresh metal, roll the arches and seal.
The power estimate when running correctly, well Courtenay say the 1.4 conversion runs at 115bhp assuming that is without the cam that mine has and the chipped ecu maybe 120/125bhp is a reasonable expectation.
