Finally got round to trying out the factory CD changer on the Astra and it doesn't play CD-R's

Has anyone else got this as a factory changer and if so, are there any CD-R media it does like playing (I know some players can be quite fussy)?

Looks like I may just have to rip it all out and put in my old headunit and buy a changer...

Yeh i had exactly the same problem in my astra Coupe; was really annoying

Mine plays some but not all, currently using Benq media, written fairly slowly - maybe 8x.

there must be 100's of benq or (B & Q) as i called em laying around essex countryside, i find mine work for about 20mins they get tossed overboard
