But it doesn't fit.
You need a slim fan off of a kit car to do the job properly.

You have to butcher the fan quite a bit to get it to fit in that gap...

it sits slightly over away from the manifold though, so theres enough room to clear...

a fan from a 1.0 12v 1.4 16v and 1.6 16v will fit... a 1.2 8v one will foul on the exhaust...
look at the slim one muppetsport has... i quite like it....

this is very incorrect.
as corsas with A/C have another rad for the A/C and it maakes the original rad sit further into the engine bay and not fitting.
so any corsa as long as it dont have A/C, and my fan fits perfectly, sat at the side of the exhourst mainfold.

on my xe corsa, originally a 1400 16v, the original radiator and fan fitted back in no problems at all without modding anything on the fan.
on the let, the rad went back in, although it sits more central under the headlamp panel to allow for boost pipes. the original fan had to be cut and trimmed to fook, and after 2 days had melted and no longer worked. so i got one of these off ebay........
one on the right btw, lol. as you can see from the last pic of it fitted, although in the turbo corsa, its well slim. much nicer fit.
its a spal fan, 12" variety, search for em on ebay, i got mine for £50 auction style, theyre about 65-70ish buy it now. recommend em. solved my problem right away

wheres all that braided hose going? lol
innovate control box zip tied pretty much where mine is n'all, lol.
its thanks to stu_22 that i got a spal fan. much much better. more powerful aswell. the turbo, even after a good flooring session never goes above 95 degrees, sits about 91-92 on average driving.
great fans for the money. cheaper than pacet.

Mine must be some mystical one that was the wrong size then.
