i know jack shoot about pug's but someone might have an idea, the missus' 206 has a lovely knocking coming from the drivers side front wheel area  her steering wheel vibrates at 75/80 to 
- driveshafts / cv joints?
- tyre mishapen or loose?
- tracking?
dunno wat else it cud be to be honest?

happens on most french cars.
usually drive shafts/ball joints/wheel bearings.
the vibrating steering wheel is often caused by cheapo tyres with funny tread. do some burn outs lol

more than likely be the anti roll bar links( always going on my girlfriends 206, get proper pug ones cos the cheap ones dont last no time at all and just break), and shaking steerign wheel will prob be just wheels needing balanced.
