Thanks for all the compliments!

Since i have the car back i love red traffic lights.
@VegasPhil....i love it to stand beside a BMW, Porsche or other expensive cars.

But the 2300 is not race ready yet. The rpm's are now on a max of 6000rpm because the
motor is new and has only driven 2500Km.
After october the 6th the Corsa gets the finishing touch and dynoruns.
Than i can make more rpm's and kill all the Porsches!

My English writing is not very good, so i know not all the technical words.

@Stoneyginger...yes there were a lot of modifications to be made to make it sit on!
The 2.2 block does not go straight on.
So are the pistons 5mm. shorter and the Frontera bottom end also..off course.
The distribution line is different now(shorter) and the crankshaft sensor is fitted different.
There are more things to change but i don't know everything yet, because FCG Engineering made it.
After october the 6th i'll now more about all the changings and i know the hp's!!

I have also;
+ Extreme light crankshaft(5000gr lighter and custom made)
+ Lightweight flywheel(3.6Kg and custom made)
+ OZ Supperleggera and also lightweight with DUNLOP SP9000 tyres
+ JE pistons(picture)
+ The brakes are havy. Opel Omega 3.0 24V Girling brakes! But good brakes are the most important.
+ Max Flowed XE head
+ Qauife ATB Limmited slip differential
+ Polyurethane bushes(front)
+ Koni Sport adjustable suspension
+ Bodywork strenghtening
+ Mintex Brake pads
+ Goodridge brake line kit
+ Mocal oil cooler
+ ARP conrod bolts
+ Oil temp and perssure by VDO
+ Gear shift shorteners
+ Lighter and smaller motorbike battery
+ Cat Cams Camshafts
+ Adjustable camshaft pulleys
+ Vauxhalle spark plug cover and grille
+ NGK spark plug
+ 63,5mm stainless steel exhaust system(Bastuck/Formel K)
+ 63,5mm Sport Metal-Catalyc convertor
etc...

When you have a maximum budget you have to make choices.
All the things i have now costs a lot and then a manifold is not the most important part.

But after the dynaruns i'll think about new tuningparts and after that a new dynarun to see the difference.

But next year...new parts!
And like i said...the car will never be ready!

Yes why should i?

There are a lot of changings;
pullyes
camshaft sensor(or how do you name that?)
Shorter Frontera bottom end
etc...
so the cover won't fit.

But it's lighter and has a better look!

The risks are very low. Corsa is too compact.

Limited budget? A manifold wouldve been better than a flywheel for example...
