what these kits like? anygood? dont have Cams and pullys in the kits but you can add these later

They are good, but it's the cams that make them great... You will get, say, 170bhp with them and std. cams, but then with the cams you will get to and over the 200 mark. You also got to think of other stuff like head work too though.

You can get near to the 200bhp mark on an X14XE, but it won't last very long

the standard kit if setup on a good standard engine will produce 170-180bhp. get a some headwork done a set of verniers and some mild cams and ur b on ur way to 200bhp

Yes it will there are a couple of 1.4 Tigra's that are touching 200bhp.
