i cant say ive noticed it doing this, i had a dew weeks back for 2 weeks as my car was off the road......and no such sound......... the problem with my gf jills is the oil sensor light and the aircon has got a leak £1000+ repairs.... i thinks shes gonna trade it in....... just had an idling problem to which cost over 400 squid...

back on topic..... no cant say i noticed lol perhaps pm JR as he works with vw

Its the same noise that the car makes when the ignition is turned on.. like the injectors priming, or the coil pack/throttle turning on.. ah hell, I don't know.

Am going to ring them on Monday.. but just thought i'd check on here first.. see if anyone else has experienced it. I suspect its normal TBH.

I got a y reg Lupo and it does it when i unlock the car.I just assumed it's the fuel pump priming itself or something before you start the car?Only guessing as i aint no mechanic
