there is a nut underneath it is just welded onto the underneath thats all, as mine came off the body of the car when i loosened the bolt. try prising it off and then get a new nut to fit the bolt, job done

Whereabouts is it ! ?

I know that the outer bolt (nearest the door) comes through the floor , but the inner doesnt !
