I know dick about computers.
I have got an spv m200 windows mobile, trying to install outlook 2002 that came iwth the phone so i can use active sync and you get the idea.
My windows XP came with outlook express pre-installed.
When trying ot install the outlook program it simply keeps giving me an error code of 25003 cannot install.
I checked online and it says that sometimes ull get this if there is a previous version of outlook on there. SO..
I went into add/remove and took off outlook express from my windows compononts.
It is still giving me an error message, what do i do? Is it impossible to install>
Cheers guys

You sure its not because the version is older than the windows install you have?
Do you need their version of Outlook? Can you not use one already with XP?

Outlook and Outlook Express are completely different. XP should allow you to install any version of outlook. I know this hasnt answered you question but thought it might help
