EML comes on after i boot it and then stays on till i turn the car off...
However, the car still seems to run fine but obviously i dunno if its running at full power or not cause this is the first time i have drove it... it certainly seems quick...
So anyway anyone got any idea what the problem could be

did you sort the fuel regulator ???
i'd look at throttle position sensor and throttle body to dbilas gasket

Yeah fuel pressure regulator is sorted, drove about 100 miles yesterday

its a square (ish) gasket that goes in between the throttle body and the inlet manifold (dbilas) other than that i can't really explain any further... its made of paper too

right ok... the bit where the throttle cable attaches.. like a tube thing with a flap that opens when you press the accelerator... well that bolts to the dbilas and between the 2 theres a gasket

i have went the whole hog and am replacing full head gasket seals, inlet, exhaust, valve stem seals, throttle body the lot. Just hope i can manage to put it all back together again

like i mentioned before, the gasket that seals the dbilas onto the lower manifold is broken, it was split when i fitted it, but its been fine for almost a year...worth changing though i guess.
