they can be done
for a Z20 LET your looking at around £7.5k
for a Z18 XE your looking about £2-3k
for a Z18 LET copnversion thats was about £4k
altough the to get a 1.8 or 1.8t in only new of cossvaux and they have no gone bust.yes they are harder to carry out that a corsa b due to the poxy multiplex wirring looms they have got,i.e everything runs through tyhe ecu on the corsa c and it does not on corsa b,you can get the old C20 XE C20 LET's put in them but they cost the earth due to all the wirring problems.speak to john at coutenay sport is about yor best bet.
i also know that mtec are bring out a range of conversion kits to do them yourself but as when they are on the market i dont know.i want mine doing and ive looked into everythin about them

Yeah as above, originally they were v expensive 3+ years ago a Z20LET conversion was 8/9k, but prices are coming down and more places are doing them.
I'm sure it's only a matter of time until good quality conversion kits will be available...

Did beardy not say something about the conversions not actually being that hard?
Although it could have been a c20let.

there not that hard as people think.
i wish people would really look into this more as they will also find this.
getting the engine in and running is not hard ( C20LET ) part, as you can get a engine running outside of a car.
The HARD part is getting the car to work with engine ie Dash etc.
BUT even if you find it hard just buy a stack dash for £1000 and use all there after market sensors......

dont even need stand alone management as you can use the C20LET ECU without any problems.
all you would need is a Stack dash (well if you dident want to mess about getting the standard dash working which can be done) and jobs done....
