refuse to take it back and pay a penny untill it is done properly and the correct colour!!
If we ever miss something we will happily sort it out and the customer pays no more and leaves with the car perfect!!

the place that did the bit of side skirt i lost were furious with me when i went to pick it up as i wasnt in the corsa so they couldnt check the colour match. told me if it wasnt right they would re-paint it for nothing as its their responsibility to keep paying customers happy.
i will be using them again fro sure

Same as my bodyshop - and always charges good prices but based on the quality
It is true - you pay for what you get

that sucks mate
make sure thay dont rush it this time, leave it with them for as long as is possible to make sure they dont.
i work in a bodyshop also, and hate cars going out unless they are perfect.
if someones not happy then ill do it again.
thats how it should be, but usually make sure that the jobs perfect so no one can complain.
too be honest red can be a cunt to match but he still shouldnt be just painting over scratches or not finishing bits off properly
