hi im new here and was jus afta sum advice i want 2 put new front speakers in my corsa b but i dont wanna b the ordinary run of the mill 13cm speaker i wanted to put some 6x9's up there 4 more bass in the front anyidea how i would do this

not a good idea putting 6x9s there mate, when youve seen that done in mags its just for show really. get some decent components up front.

you can do it, i have, you just have to make your own door pockets

thanks for the advice and the door pods look good but do the components provide a good amount of bass upfront?

why do you need bass up front? thats what a sub in the boot is for

A good sub or subs will give enough bass. Put some component speakers up front and run them off an amp. 6x9s are officially gay

ok think ill go with the comps up front can anyone recommend a decent set for a decent price

i tried fitting 17cm in the doors using a 17cm mount but the magnet was too big so wouldn't fit.
