the 2 man job of loosen bleed nipple, apply pedal, tighten bleed nipple, release pedal and repeat lots of times is usually used by me.

other methods may work however.

as for rear beam, once the shocks are loosened off it, brake pipes, handbrake cable, then its only one bolt either side that holds it in

Nah... just a statement clarifying how easy it should be, not looking forward to loosening the brakepipes though... i doubt they've ever been disturbed on my aging vehicle... i mean i bought it on 80k with the original shocks still firmly bolted in there

you have to ask how to change a rear beam? you can do everything on your own except belleding the brakes.... well some poeple use the gunson thingys which is a 1 man job but in my experience there only good for pissing brake fluid every where...

i'd be inclined to just change the whole thing... hubs and all... that way theres on 2 brake lines to lossen off and redo up...

loosen the shocks off and then loosen the 2 bolts at the bushes

the handbrake has a part where you can split the cable.. it up near the handle itself... under the car...

then the 2 rubber hoses... and your done
