There was nothing really wrong with the green shell, a few spots of surface rust but it was pretty good for its age (1995)
The reason for the re-shell was that I managed to bend the chassis

perspex rear windows....
grp door skin
grp bonnet (just need to fit)
grp tail gate
remove metal bits like rear seat mounts etc....
grind a bit more off the bulkhead
