what happens if your rear beam or stub axle is bent on nearside rear ? will it drive difrenty, as one side of the car (bent side) is sitting lower than the non bent side i think, i think it might be the sping thats snaped though not sure, will it drive dodgy ? or wont i feel it ?
thanks

If it's bent, you probably shouldn't be driving the car. It would explain the car sitting lower at one side. I'm no expert, mind.

i had a corsa with the stub axle damaged and the rear of the car crabbed [pulls to one side] it showed on my tyres as it gave un evan wear, i carried on driving the car and kept buying tyres
would reccommend replacing all the neccesary parts
also the wider your wheels the more you will notice the crabbing effect

bear in mind that your stub axle holds your hub to the rear axle, it is quite a crucial part to be chancing driving with
