I wouldnt use P38/Upol or any other filler to " build up the contour" filler is what it says on the tin - a filler it fills small gaps and cracks - its not meant for building up body work

I'd seriously consider laying up a double skin of fibreglass "chop strand matt" to prevent the filler from falling/sliding or cracking off

just made the pics smaller so easier to see and also quicker to load
