Hi does anyone know anything about pioneer amplifiers?
Ive got a GM-X564, had it for a while powering my 7 x 10's just got a sub and some 17cm door speakers, installed everything and connected the sub up to the amp. Everything seems to work fine, but i noticed the power light on my amp is red, cant remember if it is sposed to be red or green. Does anyone know, could it be that my amp is in protection mode or something. If it was in protection mode would it still run?
Cheers

should be green i would think. wires may have shorted out somewhere in car. usually red light is when amp has gone into protection mode.
