right some knob keyed my carlast friday im going to get a touch up set. my cars red an its gone straight throught the paint will it look ok?

Tbh I attempted to touch up my car when it got keyed, but it looked shite.

A touch up pen would make is look really shit though

a scratch that has been touched up with a touchup pen, looks much better than a scratch that hasnt had anything done,

If it is down to the metal its best to get some paint on there, because the panel can rust behind the paint.

and in the featured items is usually a 'scratch repair kit'

I'v tried it and its immense. You touch up with original touch up, then once dried use the kit's special compound stuff and it blends in the colour and original smoothness

It's about #9.50 well worth it though

if you don't want to buy that product then I can also recommend:

1. clean area touch up a best as possible
2. take fine 'wet and dry' and sand down area (will only affect 'bumpy' areas of touchup)
3. T-Cut area
4. Polish area

and itl look mint provided the colour match was ok to start with
