Do lexmaul, dbilas, mantzel etc inlets fit c16xe engines, or can you buy them specifically for the c16xe? Might just save cash and get a gsi, just wondering what differences in engine mods available are between the two engines, i know the engines are similiar but i dont know.

sorry, got the impression you had a corsa lol. i didnt read under your name. sorry. nor did i read the thread properly its seems. the inlets add around 20 bhp and can cost upto £1000 cant they ? id just buy a gsi.... its a very good starting point then.

the inlets will fit both c16xe and x16xe. u just need 2 get a x16 lower inlet and blank off the egr valve. its summit 2do wit the inlet bein a dif shape where the lexmaul etc bolts on

yes it all is the same its just the lower inlets are different between the C16 and the X16 mate

is the lower inlet not restricting, as i know the c16's have a couple more brake as standard?

not sure why it is to be honest i know the heads slightly different as inthe size of the valves etc, might also be as the c16 did have the EGR system either.

dont think so, but remember c16 does have egr/secondary air pump stuff iirc
