i decided to scrap my previous sub build idea and decided to make a smaller one. ideally im after a false floor, similar to the one fear used on his old install. underneath the false floor would i have a box around each sub or just a complete false floor (ie floor, sides, top floor with the subs) as much information as possible would be great thanx

for a better sound, aim your sub at your boot hatch...
Give at least 1" around your amplifiers so they wont over heat...
build 1 box around each sub IMO, give them the same volume...
dont really know what other info you want mate

you know fear's old ice install:
well i want my subs to be like this as imo it looks awesome. due to the fact that i cant see underneath his false floor i was wondering what is has been made like: if it was 2 subs just sitting on a false floor or if the subs has seperate builds around them etc

would a build like this have an affect on fuel consumption cos of extra weight etc?
I already have sub and amp - just thinking bout all that mdf

 really? dunno what hampsters you've seen.
im carrying 2 amps, 1 RE sub, ported box made from .7" MDF and the rest of the instal made from .5"mdf, and it weighs a fookin tonne!! The box and sub alone weigh over 4stone. thats without the floor, walls, amps, yellow top etc
