How do i remove the steering wheel surround without taking off the steering wheel? Cheers

The bit that the ignition barrel sits in?
Remove the rubber around the barrel, turn the wheel 90 degrees one way and you'll see a screw cap, take that off and unscrew, repeat on the other side, and the two halfs should come away.
There's also a screw underneath on some of them.

should be 3 screws underneath and then the top part clips into the bottom part.

Maybe its three screws underneath on some, go and have a bloody look

the only way you'll get it off is melting it off
or... 3 screws underneath, then turn the steering wheel 90 degrees off straight to reveal 2 more behind the wheel as you look at it
