Hard to say, the bulges are still inplace, would think they would be removed. But the split edge seems sharp.
I've never seen a standard one so i wouldn't really know.

well as far as im aware its a £600odd SBD race spec head, but i have no documentation to prove it

Measure the port sizes.
The inlet should be 55mm standard and the exhaust i'm not too sure. Might be 45mm IIRC.
If there larger, you've got yourself head

as for exahust ports, the bulges isn't too bigger issues, cause a) exhust manifold has buldge too, so unless that's been reudeced to it will have little effect, possibley worse, and the exhust gases are travelling on the outside of the radious (the top) so it's not so bad in that way either.
