Evening all,
On my Corsa 1.4 Sport, there is no power until you get to above 3.5k revs. Are there any mods you can do to improve this or is it just the way ecotec engines are?

Aftermarket inlet manifold. (Mantzel, Dbilas etc.)
Carbs.
Throttle Bodies.
A lot ofr people have aftermarket inlet manifolds, which do give the engine a bit more go. But the power only comes in after 5K.
Throttle Bodies are the way to go for serious power. These give power all the way through the revs. Broster is running 181BHP, and there some more that are up near there as well.

4-2-1 manifold you might see a bit more mid range torque..

sorry to thread steel..But ive got a 1.4 16v sport i want it to pull better wear shud i start or shud i forget it all together and get a bigger engine...
