just installed my TV Tuner card, having a little trouble though.
Ive tried to google it but found nothing.
Can anyone tell me what format the analogue signal is likely to be ?

thanks guys.
Got most the channels, but quite poor quality... not sure what is up.
Even the Sky channel (digital) is poor quality. im not sure if its because ive taken a y splitter before the TV and the fact that the TV was on at the same time or not.

Without amplifying it, that would certainly weaken the signal, and would explain the quality.

why would it need amplifying?
the TV doesnt? unless it does it internally?
It is a proper TV tuner PCI card ive bought.

I don't know, I just know that when I had it setup similarly back home that I had to get an amplified splitter to get a decent signal on the PC.
