Scooby wins hands down in the rain against any corsa (even in a straight line!)

Round a track with bends, scooby in wet or dry!

Straight line, I suppose it's possible that a corsa could beat a uk spec scooby as they're wank, but the scooby driver would have to be pretty shit at launching to be beaten off the lights.

sorry but 300+ bhp with a lsd in a corsa beats a 218bhp 4wd scooby no probs. just because there a poor mans evo dont mean there quicker than c20let's

bellend, i just said yes they could beat a uk spec scooby, u'll find the jap ones a bit faster

How much money u gotta spend to get 300bhp tho

Spend that on a scooby too, then see if you beat it

If impreza's are so shit, why use them as a benchmark when compairing performance with your corsas?

My corsa WILL NOT beat my impreza off the line NO FECKIN DANGER

Impreza - book 0-60 is 4.3
Corsa with 2.1 16v throttle bodies and plate diff on close ratio F20


It will however destroy a STANDARD uk spec impreza (not P1, 22B etc) on the 1/4mile / rolling race/ race etc


There are so many if's and buts etc.... standard for standard an Impreza is 20x better car than a corsa....

Throw money at each..... then see what happens..... I'd still rather an impreza with 350bhp than a corsa with 350bhp.... even if the corsa can pass me once its got grip in the dry in 3rd on a straight

just check out the 60ft times on 1/4miles....

Most 2.0 corsa's struggle to get 2.1 secs on road tyres.....
My impreza (with a girl driving) has already got to 60ft at 1.8secs....

go figure...
