Why when i convert downloaded videos using itunes do i get no sound when playing it on my ipod?

Any help appreciated

PS only happens on Videos and movies

Try using something like Videora Ipod Converter. Google it.

I use MPEG4 Direct Maker and Videora. They get it right everytime. I cant help you with the problem though.
