Hey I bought my self a corsa sri a couple of months back now,

But i have a problem with it

When i have been out and about in it, then let it stand it smells realy badly of petrol but this only lasts for 10minutes or so.

Im a joiner so have no idea about cars, the only thing i have done is put an exaust on and a k&n induction kit, it was smelling of petrol befor the induction kit was put on as some people said it was that.

Any help suggestions to what it is would be great

split tank, had it on my corsa gsi, used to shit myself when sumone threw a fag out the window travelling in cars in front

but it only smell for 5-10mins after iv turned the engine off...Im not loosing any petrol

I know little about cars, but could the carb (or how ever you spell it) need tuned?

mine only used to smell for that period as it only leaks when the car is on and the system is pressurised

ahhh... told you i didnt know about cars...

how much did this cost you to get fixed?

and do you think i should get it checked out asap?

flogged the corsa gsi for 800 quid, didnt bother fixing it, but your looking about £100 for a new tank

time to sell...

thats shit..i payed £750 pluse exhaust and induction kit, bulbs ect...i dont think i will get my money back
