Last week I got an upgrade on Vodafone and they have put me on an 18month contract, Thinking about that it im not that happy about it.
Am I right in thinking i get 14 days and I can change my mind?
also if thats right will they have to go back to my previous contract?

Was it done in a shop or directly over the phone?

Matt if it was "faulty" I think they would reverse it if he said that he'd lost faith in the product. What do you reckon?

Maybe, but they would want to swap it.
Tell them the 3G doesn't work anywhere & that is why you got it

No I'm on O2 now, Vodafone keep trying to shove 18 month contracts down my throat for decent phone deals. So after 10 years I said bye bye and switched to O2
The upgrades and sim cards came from Vodafone themselves.
Not saying I won't go back to them in couple of months but lately their online deals aint what they used to be
