Depends what suits you best!
I have 400 mins and 1000 texts a month on Orange for £50 and get a good choice of phones and thats ideal for me but it might be no good for you!

Im on O2 as i find they do better text deals and cheap too. Phones are always decent too. I have a nokia 6680 which i think is great

T-Mobiles new Flext tariffs will be better than any deal the other networks will offer you online or otherwise. Pop down to your local store and they will elaborate for you (you will also be able to get a decent phone on these tariffs)
