i have 5 months tax remaining on my car, i have a buyer for the car but dosent want the tax how would i go about claiming the tax back?

Yes, you can pick up the form at a license issuing Post Office.

it needs to be a 1yr ticket to be able eligable for reimbursment.
Why would they owner not want TAX with the car

Why would the owner not want tax? Even if it was a track car surely its better to have it than not

You don't need it to be one ear to get it reimbursed. Just fill out the form from the post office and send it off.
