I work for Wyeth 
I've had a look at your website, one comment is that theres too much crap before the real content. on every click you have to scroll past the header to see the page.
Do something more like:
it took 2mins to bodge it together but you see what im getting at? at the mo you have the header then you have the content, theres a massive divide where it should flow together.

Also I would use tabbed navigation, it gets a bit confusing where you are!

one point i have to make is, i dont agree with your logo, i think it needs to be changed.
