Right, both my doors are clicking when they are opening and I think this is caused by the wee pins wearing.
Anyone know where I get replacement pins?
And anyone know how to replace them? Do they just tap out?
Cheers guys.
Chris.

more likely the door check straps than the hinge pins.
they can come loose, so try tightening them first

I replaced my pins, 96p for the two from Vauxhall main dealer. Cured passenger door clicking, drivers still does it a bit.

This happened to mine, as said they just tap out. I applied copper grease when putting the new ones in.

my right door does it aswell, i bodged mine with a nut bolt and a anti-undo washer (one that has been cut through)- it stopped the clicking though
