for adrian flux to give me a refund

shud have it in next 3 days

and it was thier problem as they failed to insure or quote me cheap enuff on the van. so i went elsewhere and got insured cheaper

I don't know anyone who's got along well with Flux. They seem to be full of problems relating to customer service

they were fine untill i got the van, then they went all gay on me
lost 9 month no claims to

soooo close to getting 4 years protected and now back to 3 and a bit

ah well roll on next year when i change to a car again

I havent had a problem with them 'yet' apart from they sending me letters asking for stuff I already have sent. Cos they insist on using 2nd class everything keeps crossing over in the post.

This is my only quibble.

think i am going to change from them at the end of this year, i dont like there admin charges etc, prefere a company that does it on a percentage charge or a speific carge rather then adding ontop of it....

to be totally honest
i know out of hours say outside 10 till 3 you get india but norwich union aint that bad
