A few weeks ago, I was given responsibility of the IT dept's intranet site at work, uploading Client details, userguids , rotas etc.
The homepage had a Javascript tree menu (expandable menues like when using Explorer in windows) which seems to be driven by two .js files and some code within the webpage frame.
Well I was faffing tonight, and i pasted something over the top of the code within the page HTML without realising, and now the menu is gone
Im spending the rest of the nightshift placing basic hyperlinks into the page so that all of the data is still accessible, but no doubt on monday morning someone will be complaining.
All of the data is still in place on the servers, the .js files are untouched - just need help initialising the code onto the webpage, to visually display the tree menu.
Any ideas? Want to get this sorted ASAP so this new responisibility can promptly be handed back
