Get a hacksaw and remove a 3" section from the middle of your exhaust, the noise improvement will be immediate !! when you get bored just superglue the piece back in, dead easy to do and the pipe cuts easier if you have the engine running

dont de-cat it sounds pish

straight through pipe from the cat and have a small custom back-box made up....sorted. I had this with my corsa and it sounded like...well a corsa....but louder

I would lower it first personally. As for sound you only really need a straight through centre section (from the cat back) and a backbox and it'll sound kewl

im not getting it lowered yet
as im buying some cav gsi rims to do black
but cos they are a better fit than mine now it will be pointless lowering it cos itd rub if you know what i mean

btw im lowering 60mm on cavvy gsi rims
