basically sent my car to a well known local bodyshop over a month ago, paied top money for a few changes and other bits touched up.
Anyway i got it back and the work was crap so they said they would re do the whole car. and they did..Went to collect it again today (two weeks later than he said it would be done) and the work is still no good,

Can i demand my cash back?

sorry bout the rant but they have hd the car for a month in total now

I had this problem but ths was done two years ago...i stupidly let is go and now i relly regret it.

If i were you seek legal advice as mentioned above and maybe ty citizens advice beaureau
