Right then, last night whilst i was out driving my speedo just stopped working, fair enough could of just been the cable.
About 3 minutes lata my engine managment light came on and now when i pull up to a junction and press the clutch in the engine rev's drop dramatically and the car cuts out.
I had the exact same problem about a month ago and the problem ended up being the fuse for the idle speed controller but it shouldnt of blown again realy so has anyone got any idea's of what may causing the problem of possobly blowing fuses or any other idea's of what the problem may be.

this should be in the help and modification area mate.
As for your problem check your connections on your battery to make sure they arent corroded and loose

the speedo fault would bring up the EML sort the speedo and the EML will go out

Is it the C14NZ engine? I had them same problem, replaced the clocks and the speedo cable...voila

it the light on?
it might be the fuse gone...
speedo, cutting out, mileage not working, reverse light, rear window heater not coming on are the faults
have a check, it is a 20A fuse
btw what year is your car?

Well it was the fuse to the idle speed controller before and its the exactly the same as before but i dont undertsnad why that would of gone again.
I think i phone call to vauxhall will be done tomorrow.

i had the exact same problem on mine mate, except for the speedo not working. my engine management light was on an everything. But it just stopped doin it on its own lol an the light went off.
Might be your idle control valve.
