Doesnt removing the sound proofing make your car rumble like an old tranny van with a cement mixer in the back??

no. thats the cement mixer mod that does that

mine was less rattly without an interior than with

its all about removing EVERYTHING, you leave a few little bits in there and they rattle like fuck

i always found my bootlock motor rattled, so i removed it, then the door wires were pissing me off, so they went

then it just got silly

My old corsa rattled like a bag of spanners in the tumble drier & it had full interior.....cant imagine what you lot go through

Its the road noise you get more than anything

& little stones fitting inside the arches

I havent drove it stipped yet, but i'm loving how it looks

Just a thought, how much louder will it make it inside from the exhaust? would it be a noticeable difference?

It's louder. Sounds a bit sportier with the seats out. Must be even more if you take the deadening off...

i did mine in the middle of winter, just chipped away at it then wiped it all down with white spirits, since found that petrol is even better at gettin rid of the left over bits
